The Electronic Entertainment Expo is just over a week away. It's hard to believe that in a matter of days an onslaught of gaming news will be upon us, completely overwhelming every gamer out there. On June 10th at 6PM, the spotlight will be on Sony, as the PlayStation manufacturer plans to take the stage and reveal the PS4 in all of its square-shaped plastic glory. More importantly, however, there will be loads of game announcements. As such, here are five potential software reveals we're hoping are part of Sony's presser.

5. Kingdom Hearts III

Sure, there's a slim possibility That Tetsuya Nomura is still working on Final Fantasy Versus XIII, purpose let's face it: That game will never come out. I've got this sinking feeling That It Either HAS-been scrapped or rolled into Final Fantasy XV (All which we'll get to in just a bit) so I'm inclined to believe That Nomura and his team at Square are plugging away at the next proper installment in the Kingdom Hearts series. Fans Have had to deal with handheld spin-offs for far too long, and with the upcoming HD Collection, there's reason to think KH3 That is at the very least in the early stages of development. Sure, we'll probably get a second high-def collection with KH2 and icts before release, goal That Does not mean Square Has to hold back on the announcement.

4. Jak & Daxter 4

It has-been an awfully long time since we've seen a fully-fledged new Jak & Daxter game thanks to Naughty Dog's success with the Uncharted series. Seeing as how half of the studio is Currently Focused on The Last of Us while the rest of the team is Almost Certainly slaving away at Uncharted 4 (aussi All which we'll get to in a bit), Perhaps Sony Jak HAS handed off to one icts of other fully able studios.

We know Naughty Dog Considered making a fourth entry in the series a little while back to no avail, so maybe some fresh blood Could revitalize the classic PS2 platformer. While so many games Will undoubtedly chase realism in the next generation, it Would Be To Have a refreshing quality Pixar-style experience.

3. Final Fantasy XV

In February, Square Enix Took the stage at Sony's PlayStation 4 and reveal Announced That The next installment in Final Fantasy Would be unveiled at E3. NOW THAT HAS the company got out of the mess FFXIV That was figured out, Perhaps we'll see the next proper entry in the long-running JRPG franchise. Final Fantasy XIII Proved to be a major disappointment, and it does not look like the sequel live approach is helping much Either All That. What the company really needs to do (Besides remake Final Fantasy VII) is use the new generation of gaming hardware to reboot the Final Fantasy Franchise in some way. If the jaw-dropping tech demo they've shown off multiple times is any indication of what is to come, I'm sold.

2. Uncharted 4

Nathan Drake Basically HAS Become the face of PlayStation. For a while it was Crash Bandicoot, After That goal annoying orange creature faded from relevancy, Sony struggled to find a memorable mascot. The treasure-hunting, smart-mouthed explore HAS filled Those gargantuan shoes and, as Such, MOST Will definitely be making an appearance on Sony's next-gen console Rather sooner than later. The Uncharted games Have proven to be impressive visual showpieces, so what better way to turn heads at E3 than with the reveal of Uncharted 4 for the PlayStation 4. Naughty Dog's second team Has to be busy with something significant ...

1. The Last Guardian

While The Last Guardian Appears to be in some form of development hell, there's reason to believe icts massive delay has everything to due with the impending launch of the PlayStation 4. Sure, a Killzone and inFamous Will Be Great for the PlayStation faithful on day one, can you imagine the goal level of hype Sony generate Would If They Announced That Would Be The Last Guardian a launch title for the PS4? Need I say more?
