Rules of Participation in Digital Arts Festival 2013 Tunisia

GAME ART CHALLENGE

Section 1: Overview
The Festival of Digital Arts is a festive three-day event dedicated to students, young professionals and passionate Digital Arts and technological innovation.

Article 2: Participants
Participants meet as a team formed at least three members and a maximum of four members and shall consist of the following skills:

Concept artist
Technician 3D
Engineer or computer technician
Article 3: Goal GAME ART CHALLENGE
Each team will build during 38 hours, a prototype video game. The theme will be announced at the launch of the competition.

Article 4: Occupational restrictions
GAME ART CHALLENGE is a non-commercial operation prohibiting any person or company on the premises for the operation to take action commercial. Media promotional communication is prohibited unless written sponsorship agreement signed between the sponsor and the FAN 2013. Signs, totems and other promotional items (other than those provided by the FAN2013 to promote the operation and those of partners, sponsors and approved sponsors, which are subject to the agreement of sponsorship above) are subject to approval before be installed or used inside the venue of the competition, in general, on all hosting competitors sites.

Article 5: Moral Commitment
Candidates agree not to use text, images, photos, videos or sound elements of pornographic or violent nature, can be questioned on their aspects defamatory, discriminatory, xenophobic, fascist, racist, eugenic, revisionist or undemocratic up to whatever level is the dignity of children, women, men, whatever their ethnicity, their cultures and their countries of origin and, in general, being contrary to the Universal Declaration of Human Man, what the FAN 2013 and the local contacts are the sole judges. Candidates are forbidden to mention the name of any person, trademark or registered trademark and any domain name other than those expressly authorized when the theme of the contest is revealed, even to express an opinion they would be free, albeit not derogatory.

Article 6: Intellectual Property
Registration for the 2013 GAME FAN ART CHALLENGE urges candidates to concede free to FAN 2013 and CRÉATEC association and for an unlimited period, the exploitation rights of all communications media for non-commercial nature of the work carried out under this operation.

Article 7: FAN 2013 event open to the public
Applicants are advised that the Digital Arts Festival is open to the public, so the public manifestation observed throughout the test the progress of their work.

Article 8: Respect The Places Any act of rudeness from a competitor will result excluding non-recourse to the entire team. Candidates competing in presets will be aware of the rules of use site-specific and comply, in addition to those under this Regulation.
